1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and 92r5 ("92r5," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at 92r5.org (the "Platform"). By registering an account on 92r5, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration

To access the betting and casino services offered by 92r5, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all 92r5 accounts:

• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances;
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Submitting false information is a material breach of these Terms;
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 92r5 is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your password;

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

92r5 operates a PKR-denominated cashier. All account balances, stakes, and payouts are expressed in Pakistani Rupees. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on 92r5:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change without prior notice;
• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the 92r5 cashier at the time of transaction;
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete;

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 92r5 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the User after placement, except where an error by 92r5 is established;
• 92r5 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure ("Palpable Error"). 92r5 will use reasonable commercial efforts to identify and correct Palpable Errors promptly;
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day. Applicable limits are displayed in the relevant betting market or communicated upon request;
• 92r5 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from accounts identified as professional gamblers or those displaying systematic exploitation of bonus offers;
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of 92r5 (based on official result sources) shall be final and binding.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

92r5 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to eligible accounts. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. 92r5 determines eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Each promotion is available once per account, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise;

• Loss Alerts — receive notifications when your losses reach a specified threshold within a session or period;

• Self-Exclusion — exclude yourself from the 92r5 Platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

92r5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• The account holder has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable time;
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is detected;
• Required by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, 92r5 may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where closure results from no fault of the User, any undisputed balance will be returned through the verified payment method on record.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92r5 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, and interface design — is the property of 92r5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 92r5 content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92r5 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events outside 92r5's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

92r5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you into your 92r5 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws relevant to the operation of the 92r5 Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent court as determined by 92r5 in its reasonable discretion.
